Terms of Service

Using Posthauler

You must be able to form a binding agreement and have authority to connect each social account. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, including having the necessary rights and following each destination's terms, community rules, and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Posthauler for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or spam activity; to bypass provider restrictions; to probe or disrupt the service; or to access another user's accounts or data. We may suspend activity that puts users, providers, or the service at risk.

Publishing and providers

Posthauler sends content through third-party APIs. A request can fail because of provider permissions, review status, media rules, outages, or account eligibility. We show the outcomes returned to us but cannot guarantee publication or continued API availability.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Fees already charged are handled under the refund terms shown at purchase or required by law.

Service and liability

We may improve or change Posthauler as providers change their APIs. The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Posthauler is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, provider actions, or content you publish. Questions: support@posthauler.com.
